Analyst Procurement:
Job Purpose:
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for analyzing vendor data to identify cost reduction opportunities, supplier synergies, and performance optimization. Through systematic data consolidation and timely reporting, this role will generate actionable insights that drive procurement efficiencies and support informed decision-making. In addition, the Procurement Analyst actively contributes to cross-functional and strategic projects to strengthen and optimize the company’s overall supply chain operations. The role also ensures effective vendor document management by maintaining accurate, updated, and compliant records within the designated systems and platforms, guaranteeing timely renewals and adherence to company standards.
Responsabilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and risk factors.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Supplier and Contract/ Document Management:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing supplier contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and compliance is maintained.
- Monitor the status of each MSA, Rebate agreement, SLA or vendor’s certification and ensure that these are always up-dated and up-loaded onto the company’s platform.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers specializing in temperature-controlled logistics services.
- Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, service level, cost, temperature excursions) and present/ communicate these performance issues in a clear and structured way.
Strategic Sourcing:
- Support sourcing initiatives for temperature-controlled courier services and materials/ ancillaries linked to them.
- Assist in developing procurement strategies based on the data gathered and the reports created.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, quality, and other finance areas to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Meet regularly with operations and other finance areas to ensure that the data to be used throughout the procurement process is accurate and effective to its purpose
- Communicate time-sensitive procurement issues and risks to key stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and reduce lead times.
- Support implementation of purchasing e-platforms/ tools and integrate suppliers in their use
- Participate in the supplier training program in those projects or tools which require it
- Participate in the design of supplier’s programs aimed at the supplier retention and loyalty
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in logistics, courier, health care supply chain or
- Bachelor degree in Business administration and 1-2 years of experience in procurement.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with procurement or ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics dynamics, especially in time-sensitive environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities

- Experience working with air freight, same-day or next-flight-out (NFO) courier services.
- Understanding of customs and international trade compliance.
