Role overview:
Reporting to the VP Human Resources, the Manager Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment efforts and elevate the hiring experience across our international footprint. While this role currently has no direct reports, it will be responsible for driving recruitment strategy and operations, coaching and guiding local HR generalists, and partnering closely with the VP of HR to ensure talent acquisition aligns with overall business and people priorities.

Qualifications and skills
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field. Master’s degree will be a plus.
· 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience managing or coordinating recruitment in multi-country environments.
· Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, ideally in a mid-sized or globally dispersed company.
· Proven success recruiting across North America, LATAM, Europe and APAC.
· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and coach HR colleagues and hiring managers to follow structured, consistent hiring practices.
· Strong understanding of global hiring practices, compliance and market trends.
· Strategic thinking with a bias for execution — comfortable shifting between high-level planning and rolling up sleeves to fill roles.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially in a multicultural, remote-first, or matrixed environment.
· Expertise in modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and mission-driven environment.
· Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
· English and Spanish bilingual business proficiency.
Nice to have:
· Additional languages, particularly Portuguese will be a plus.
· Experience in a logistics or life sciences business.
Occasional national or international travel will be required.
