We are looking for a motivated, bilingual Bio Operations Logistics Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and keeping things moving. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative company where you can learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in transportation, international shipping, and life sciences logistics.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily pickups, deliveries, and transportation activities to ensure shipments arrive safely and on time.

  • Support import and export operations, including shipment documentation, customs clearance, and communication with brokers.

  • Prepare and review shipping documents, commercial invoices, and other required paperwork.

  • Track shipments, provide delivery confirmations, and communicate updates or delays to customers and internal teams.

  • Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, airlines, and warehouse personnel to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Receive, process, and document incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Update shipment details, costs, service information, and operational records in company systems.

  • Help resolve shipment discrepancies, transportation issues, and other operational challenges.

  • Provide occasional driving and delivery support when operational needs require it.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as you learn and grow within the team.

What You Bring

  • At least one year of experience in logistics, operations, transportation, or customer service.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

  • A proactive, organized approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Why Join OCASA?

  • Gain valuable experience in the fast-growing life sciences and clinical research logistics industry.

  • Learn about domestic and international shipping, customs processes, transportation, and customer operations.

  • Join a supportive, collaborative team where your contributions make a difference.

  • Build a strong foundation for professional development and future career growth.

  • Enjoy a flexible workday arrangement after your first 90 days, subject to operational needs.

Additional Information

This is primarily an office-based position and may occasionally require lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours may be needed to support urgent shipments or customer requests. Occasional domestic or international travel may also be required.
