We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Associate Operations to support our Operations team. You’ll help keep cargo shipments, deliveries, collections, and service costs moving smoothly by ensuring information is entered accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is bilingual, comfortable working with data, and interested in gaining experience in logistics and business operations.
Enter and upload shipment, delivery, collection, and cost information into company systems.
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and potential errors.
Correct discrepancies and follow up on missing documents or details.
Assist with tracking and allocating operational costs across different services and regions.
Release services in the system so the billing process can move forward.
Generate routine reports and maintain organized electronic records.
Communicate with agents, vendors, and internal teams to resolve cost or documentation issues.
Perform quality-control checks to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Handle company and client information with care and confidentiality.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong attention to detail—you naturally double-check your work.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other computer systems.
Able to work independently while also collaborating with different teams.
At least one year of related administrative, data-entry, logistics, or office experience is preferred.
Responsible when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Part-time position with a flexible schedule.
Office-based role in the Miami area.
Computer-based work that requires sitting for extended periods.
Occasional availability outside regular business hours may be needed for urgent operational matters.
