We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily outbound shipping operations and ensure all carrier pickups are executed accurately and on time. This role is responsible for coordinating carrier schedules, organizing shipping lanes, monitoring order readiness, and quickly resolving operational issues to keep shipments moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily pickups with carriers and maintain dispatch schedules.
Monitor order readiness and prioritize shipments based on carrier cut-off times.
Verify shipment counts, manifests, and pickup documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly designated shipping area.
Respond quickly to operational issues such as carrier delays, volume spikes, or sorting errors.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time dispatch.
Track shipping activity and provide daily dispatch reports.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, shipping, or dispatch operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with WMS, shipping systems, Excel, or similar operational tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
English required; Spanish preferred.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday through Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Two days off per week
Preferred Experience
E-commerce, 3PL, or high-volume fulfillment environments.
Shipping lead, outbound coordinator, or dispatch experience.
Familiarity with carrier coordination and volume planning.

Shipping lanes remain organized and accurate throughout the shift.

Operational issues are resolved quickly with minimal disruption.
