We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, carrier coordination, team performance, and continuous process improvement.
Lead day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
Manage shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and returns.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Implement process improvements and ensure SOP compliance.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
Experience managing shipping, receiving, and carrier relationships.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with WMS, Excel, or similar systems.
Experience with 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
