OCASA Life Sciences is a global healthcare logistics and clinical trial solutions provider supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, and healthcare organizations worldwide. We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Implementation & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Miami.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across multiple departments to drive successful implementations and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the implementation of new customers, services, and operational initiatives.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, action plans, and implementation documentation.

  • Partner with Operations, Quality, IT, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project tracking tools.

  • Support process mapping, SOP development, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of new systems, technologies, and operational processes.

  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

  • Help drive operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, operations, supply chain, logistics, project coordination, business operations, or process improvement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, or other enterprise systems.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, clinical trial logistics, medical device, or other regulated industries.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.

  • Experience developing SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

  • Portuguese language skills are a strong plus.
