The BIO Coordinator is responsible for verifying, organizing, and interacting together with the Broker the release of the biological cargo. Consequently, the coordinator must document, through the SAP system, the different stages of the biological cargo: collection, dispatch, arrival, release, re-dispatch, and delivery to the final destination.
Job Purpose
· Track cargo from collection to delivery to the final destination.
· Responsible for verifying the load physically vs. the information pre-alerted via email.
· Verify the status of the export and import "Masters" in a timely manner.
· Generate and archive reports on the coordination and status of shipments.
· Comply with established service policies.
· Verification of the information reflected in the system (pods, Ap, Trace, etc.).
· Responsible for recording all sample statuses in the SAP system.
· Coordinate the delivery, dispatch, and removal of biological samples.
· Re-package biological samples, considering their temperature and final destination.
· Maintain constant communication with clients through appropriate channels.

· Bilingual (English & Spanish).

· Experience with SAP, it is a plus.
