As a Tracking Specialist, you’ll monitor time-sensitive clinical trial shipments from pickup through delivery, keep clients and internal teams informed, and act quickly when something goes off track. This hands-on role is ideal for an organized, tech-savvy problem solver who communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure.
Track shipments in real time, provide timely updates, and maintain accurate tracking, temperature, and compliance records.
Coordinate with Operations, OKAM, carriers, sites, and clients to confirm priorities and delivery requirements.
Resolve delays, missing updates, documentation gaps, and temperature or environmental deviations, escalating issues when necessary.
Respond to client questions and serve as an escalation point for study-specific concerns.
Monitor KPIs and service performance, identify trends, and prepare concise status reports.
Support study validation activities and continuous process improvement.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Confidence using Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and logistics or shipment-tracking systems.
Experience with clinical trial logistics, cold-chain operations, or regulated environments is a plus.
Office-based position in Miami.
Occasional after-hours or on-call support may be required.
Occasional domestic or international travel may be necessary.
Regular computer use and extended screen time are required.
