The Warehouse Agent is responsible for all processes related to the logistics of the shipments which includes but are not limited to, Reception, verification, control, stock, recollection, delivery, etc. Also responsible for maintaining shipment documentation updated and available for any TSA inspection.


Job Purpose

  • Responsible for receiving, scanning, controlling, and keeping a record of all shipments received in the warehouse
  • Check the cargo for possible defects or damage and notify the supervisor of any findings.
  • Verify all shipments making sure there are no discrepancies between supplies received vs. what is listed on the documents attached to the shipments.
  • Responsible for keeping records of all shipments verified using all checklists and templates provided.
  • Organize and keep an inventory of all cargo in the warehouse.
  • Be able to manipulate and lift shipments up to 50 lbs weight.
  • Receive, unload, pair, and place incoming shipments properly.
  • Make copies and keep a record of all documents attached to the shipments.
  • Responsible to follow all TSA regulations and safety measures.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
  • May be required to fill driver's role if needed


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in warehousing
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Be able to manipulate and lift boxes up to 50 Lbs.weight.
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be organized and reliable.
  • Schedules are operation based and are not steady. Weekends and flexibility are required


Work Setting

  • Walking, standing and moving for long periods.
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Traditional workplace – In person
